The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) invites applications for one position of Director in the Mergers & Restructuring Department on an open‑merit basis. The post is Islamabad‑based and offered on a contractual basis.

| Qualifications | Master's / Bachelor's degree (equivalent to 16 years of education) in Accounting/Finance or Law from an HEC‑recognized university/institute, or qualified CA/CMA/ACCA. |
| Post‑qualification Experience | At least 15 years of demonstrable post‑qualification experience in corporate finance and financial restructuring, with preferably 3 years' hands‑on experience managing financial/legal transactions of mergers, amalgamations or other schemes of arrangement under company law. For qualified Chartered Accountants, articleship will be considered as part of the required experience. |
| Nature & Term of Employment | Contractual appointment for a term of three (3) years, extendable based on organizational need and performance. Consideration for regularization after completion of three (3) years subject to fulfillment of prescribed criteria. |
| Age Limit | Maximum age 50 years as on closing date of submission. |
| Application & Selection | Applications encouraged from females, minorities, persons with special abilities, and candidates from Balochistan, Ex‑FATA districts, Gilgit‑Baltistan and Azad Jammu & Kashmir. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further assessment; selection will follow a multi‑stage evaluation process. SECP reserves the right to cancel recruitment at any stage. |
