Issuer: Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). SECP invites applications from qualified, result-oriented professionals for an Islamabad-based Director post in the Mergers & Restructuring Department on an open basis.

| Qualification | Master's/Bachelor's degree equivalent to 16 years of education in Accounting/Finance or Law from an HEC-recognized university/institute OR qualified CA/CMA/ACCA. |
| Required Experience | At least 15 years of demonstrable post-qualification experience in corporate finance/corporate & financial restructuring. Preferably at least 3 years hands-on experience managing financial/legal transactions related to mergers, amalgamations and other schemes under company law. For qualified Chartered Accountants, CA articleship will be considered as part of the requisite experience. |
| Nature of Employment | Contractual appointment for a term of three (3) years, extendable based on organizational need and performance. Consideration for regularization after completion of three years subject to fulfillment of criteria. |
| Age Limit | Maximum age not to exceed 50 years as of the closing date of submission of the application. |
| Encouragement | Female candidates, minorities, persons with special abilities, and candidates from Balochistan, Ex-FTA districts, Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Jammu & Kashmir are encouraged to apply. |
