Issuing organization: Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). The SECP invites applications for one Islamabad-based position of Director in the Mergers & Restructuring Department on a contractual basis.

| Qualification | Master’s/Bachelor’s degree (equivalent to 16 years of education) in Accounting/Finance or Law from HEC-recognized institution, or qualified CA/CMA/ACCA. |
| Experience | At least 15 years of demonstrable post-qualification experience in corporate finance/corporate and financial restructuring. Preferably 3 years hands-on experience managing financial/legal transactions of mergers, amalgamations and other schemes of arrangement under company law. CA Articleship will be considered as part of requisite experience. |
| Nature of Employment | Contractual appointment for a term of three (3) years, extendable based on organizational need and performance. Consideration for regularization after completion of three (3) years subject to fulfillment of criteria. |
| Age Limit | Maximum age 50 years as of the closing date of submission of the application. |
| Inclusivity | Applications encouraged from female candidates, minorities, persons with special abilities and candidates from Balochistan, ex-FATA districts, Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK). |
| Selection | Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. Selection based on a multi-stage evaluation process. SECP reserves the right to cancel recruitment/selection at any stage. |
