Cantonment Board Sargodha Auction: Tenancy Rights for Model Cabins on Faisalabad Road

Issuer: Cantonment Board Sargodha (Military Lands & Cantonments Department). Auction of tenancy rights for model cabins located at 49 rail, Faisalabad Road, Sargodha Cantt. Auction date: 2025-06-29 at 14:00 hours in the office of the Cantonment Board Sargodha. Alternate date (if unavoidable circumstances): 2025-06-30 at 14:00 hours.

Key terms and application requirements:

- Bids will start from the reserve rent. Participants must not be blacklisted by any public or private organization and must submit police verification of character.

- Initial tenancy period: three years. Renewal subject to Board decision after market survey/analysis; renewal limited as per terms in the notice.

- Security deposit to participate: refundable Rs. 20,000 in the form of Call Deposit / Pay Order issued by a scheduled bank in favor of Cantonment Executive Officer, CB Sargodha, to be submitted before participating.

- At fall of hammer, the successful bidder must deposit advance rent equal to one month’s rent and security equal to three months’ rent. Failure to deposit required amounts will result in forfeiture of deposits.

- Bidders must participate in person; for Association of Person (AOP), firm or company, a duly authorized person may participate.

- Successful bidder responsible for income tax, GST and other departmental charges; tenant to arrange and pay for electricity, water, sanitation and allied services; property/holding taxes as applicable are tenant’s responsibility.

- Usage restriction: Model cabins shall only be used for sale of fruits and vegetables (as advertised).

- Tenancy rights are transferable subject to payment of a transfer fee of PKR 5,000. Agreement must be registered under the Registration Act, 1908. Other terms and conditions and detailed tenancy agreement are available from the Cantonment Board office during working hours.
