Town Committee Kashmore Auction — Lease of Taxes/Fees for 2026-27 (Cattle Piri)

Issuer: Town Committee Kashmore (District Kashmore @ Kandhkot, Sindh). Auction notice dated 2026-06-08 for lease/collection rights of Town Committee taxes/fees for the financial year 01-07-2026 to 30-06-2027. Open auction will be held at the Town Committee Kashmore office.

Auction schedule: First attempt: 2026-06-16 at 12:00 PM. Second attempt: 2026-06-18 at 12:00 PM. Venue: Town Committee Kashmore.

Key terms & conditions (summary):

1. Defaulters of the Town Committee or their relatives are not allowed to participate.

2. Successful contractor must produce a no-dues certificate of the Town Committee at auction time.

3. On award, contractor will pay two advance installments and must deposit 10% of the financial bid as earnest money by Bank Draft/Pay Order in favour of Town Committee Kashmore (submit two photocopies). Photocopy of CNIC required with deposit.

4. Unsuccessful bidders will be refunded their security deposits. Contractors participating in open auction must also bring Bank Guarantee on the official bid along with attested copies of company/firm registration, CNIC, NTN (FBR) / SRB certificates as applicable.

5. No conditional tenders will be accepted. The Town Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning reason.

6. Contract period: whole financial year 01-07-2026 to 30-06-2027. For items not auctioned in the 1st attempt, additional attempts will be held as announced.
