Issuer: Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), Ministry of Railways — Public Private Partnership (PPP) invitation for sealed single-stage, one-envelope procedure for leasing constructed shops on PR land at Kharkhano Market, Hayatabad, Peshawar.

- Bid submission and bid opening will be at Peshawar Cantt Railway Station (in presence of bidders or their authorized representatives).
- The successful bidder/lessee must deposit the one-time premium and advance fixed annual rent within 15 working days of issuance of acceptance letter, failing which the bid/award will be cancelled and the earnest money shall be forfeited.
- REDAMCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or annul the bidding process at any time prior to award without incurring any liability.
