Purpose: Expressions of Interest (EOI) are invited from qualified individual consultants for short-term assignments to support NHSP activities at primary health care level in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The procurement follows World Bank financed IPF procedures.

Application requirements: Interested individual consultants must provide a letter of Expression of Interest outlining availability, skills and experience; a detailed up-to-date signed Curriculum Vitae highlighting qualifications and recent relevant assignments; and copies of educational documents and experience certificates. Applicants must list similar assignments and evidence of deliverables/outputs per the Terms of Reference (TOR).
Selection and procurement: Attention is drawn to Section III, paragraphs 3.14, 3.16 and 3.17 of the World Bank's "Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers" and related procurement rules referenced in the notice.
Submission method & address: Expressions of Interest (EOIs) shall be delivered in written form to the Project Director, National Health Support Program (NHSP), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Department at House #50-C(IV), Circular Lane, University Town, Peshawar during office hours (0900–1700). Applications received after the due date and time will not be entertained. EOIs should be submitted within 15 days of the publication of this EOI.
