FG Polyclinic (PGMI) Islamabad — Tender Notice for Procurement of Goods & Services FY 2026-27 (13 Packages)

Issuer: Federal Government Polyclinic (PGMI), Islamabad. Tender Notice No. F.2-5/2026-(1). Procurement of various goods and services for financial year 2026-27 (extendable until finalization of new contract).

Overview: PGMI Islamabad invites e-bids from eligible bidders for the procurement packages listed below. Procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.

Bid Security & Submission: All bids must be accompanied by the required Bid Security in the form of Pay Order / Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in the name of Executive Director, FG Polyclinic (PGMI). Bidders must upload required documents (undertakings on judicial paper, scanned pay order/CDR, etc.) with their e-bids on the e-procurement portal. Original judicial papers and original Pay Order / CDR must be submitted to the hospital before or on the scheduled opening date/time.

How to Apply / Documents: E-bidding documents, detailed terms, specifications and requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (ePADS): https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Participants must follow instructions and documents issued by the Authority.

Registration & Opening: Bidders should register on ePADS v2.0 prior to submission. Registration and e-bid submission must be completed by the closing date. E-bids will be opened on the specified date and time via the e-procurement system.

Important Notes: Manual submission of bids will not be accepted. The Executive Director reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders in accordance with Rule 33(1) of the PPRA Rules, 2004.
