E-PAD Tender Notice — 60-Bedded Hospital Khurrianwala, Faisalabad (Medical Supplies & Services)

The Medical Superintendent, 60-Bedded Hospital Khurrianwala, Faisalabad invites item-wise e-bids through E-PADS (Electronic Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) for supply of medicines, stores, equipment and services. Bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement / E-PADS portal and will be received and opened on the dates below in the office of the Tender Opening Committee. Total estimated cost for all lots: PKR 27.7 million. Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost per lot (see table).

- Bid security: 2% of estimated cost (in shape of CDR/Bank Draft).
- Performance guarantee: Successful bidder shall deposit an additional performance guarantee (2% of contract value) in CDR/Bank Draft/Bank Guarantee as specified.
- Procuring agency will not be responsible for e-submission failures or internet/technical errors.
- Procurements will follow PPRA rules (including relevant clauses of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and PPRA regulations).
