National Grid Company of Pakistan (NGC) invites sealed bids under the Single Stage Two-Envelope Procedure from eligible firms licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue and relevant provincial revenue authority.
Key submission details:
- Bids must be submitted through the E-PAIDS electronic system on or before 2024-06-30 at 11:00 AM (local time).
- Original bid security (Deposit at Call or Bank Guarantee by a Scheduled Bank in Pakistan) must be delivered before bid closing. The bid security must be valid for at least 28 days beyond the bid validity period.
- Technical bids will be opened on 2024-06-30 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders' authorized representatives.
- The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject bids as per Public Procurement Rules 2004.
