Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) / pre-qualification submissions from qualified consultancy firms or joint ventures for consultancy services under the System Augmentation Program, ELR & Deposit Works and Village / Rural Electrification projects. Interested firms must register and submit EOIs electronically through the EPADS (V2.0) portal.

Scope of Services (selected key tasks)	Technical and financial review and vetting of estimates prepared by the client Control of issuance of material to contractors as per estimates Verification of materials installed on site and preparation of reconciliation statements Monitoring of construction works against client specifications and standards Submission of monthly progress reports and preparation of completion reports Assistance to client in acceptance of completed projects
Eligibility	Local firms or joint ventures (maximum four firms) with relevant experience in similar consultancy assignments
Duration	Initially one year, extendable subject to satisfactory performance and client acceptance
