Purpose: To warn the public about unauthorized and criminal individuals fraudulently purporting to sell, book, or transfer units in the Mall of Enclave, Bahria Town, Islamabad. The developer confirms that only duly authorized representatives of Mall of Enclave Private Limited have legal title and authority to sell, book, or allot units in the project.

Key advisory points:

• Do not make any payments, execute any document, or hand over original title documents to anyone claiming to sell units in the Mall of Enclave without first verifying their authorization directly with Mall of Enclave Private Limited.
• Any document, agreement, or receipt executed with an unauthorized person holds no legal standing and may be criminal. Offences mentioned include sections under the Pakistan Penal Code (including sections 406, 420, 468, 471, 506 and other applicable laws).
• Affected persons are entitled to file criminal complaints with the police and complaints with FIA (Cyber Crime / Anti-Fraud). Civil suits for recovery of amounts paid and other legal proceedings may also be initiated on behalf of affected parties.
• Persons who have already been defrauded or suspect fraudulent activity are urged to consult a qualified lawyer immediately and lodge formal complaints with the relevant authorities.
