Project Management Unit (PMU), Gravity Flow Water Supply Scheme, Public Health Engineering Department (PHED), Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites bids for construction packages for the Gravity Flow Water Supply Scheme Mansehra. The project is financed by a loan from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through the Saudi Fund for Development (SFD).
Eligible bidders include Class-A companies from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Pakistani firms holding valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) licenses. Joint Ventures comprising one Saudi company and one Pakistani company are permitted. Bids are to be submitted electronically through the EPADS e-procurement system; requirements also include submission of specified hard copies and bid securities as per the bidding documents.
