Pakistan Agricultural Storage & Services Corporation Limited (PASSCO) invites offers from eligible commercial and Islamic banks regulated by the State Bank of Pakistan for Commodity Operation Financing (wheat) for the quarter July–September 2026. PASSCO intends to obtain financing for up to PKR 533.00 billion. Bids are invited through the PPRA e-Procurement System (PASSCO bidding format) and will be evaluated on lowest markup rates.
