- Degree in public policy, political science, economics, international relations, or related social science field
- Minimum GPA: 3.5 on a 4.0 scale
- Strong analytical and writing skills; proficiency in research methodologies and data analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team
