Acceptable qualifications (any one): Master’s in Business Administration / Finance / Commerce or equivalent from HEC-recognized institution; OR Law graduate; OR member of a recognized professional accounting body (e.g., ICAP, ACCA); OR member of a recognized corporate/chartered secretaries body (e.g., ICSP, ICSA). Experience: Minimum 10 years in relevant field. Preferably experience with trusts/companies/registered bodies. Must meet fit & proper criteria as per Trust deed. |
