Issuer: An emerging public sector institution of Higher Education operating independently under a Trust. The institution seeks dynamic leaders and subject-matter experts to support its next phase of development. All positions are merit-based and open to eligible candidates from across Pakistan.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) 1 Min 50 – Max 60
  • Master’s degree or higher from a recognized university or equivalent professional distinction.
  • At least 20 years of progressive professional experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior executive or leadership role in academia, public administration, corporate sector, non-profit, or international development.
  • Proven institutional leadership with capabilities in strategic planning, financial management, organizational development, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience in establishing, leading, or transforming large and complex organizations—particularly those engaged in education, research, or public service—will be a distinct advantage.
Trust Secretary 1 Min 35
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized institution, OR a Law graduate.
  • Membership of a recognized body of professional accountants (e.g., ICAP, ACCA) OR membership of a recognized body of corporate or chartered secretaries (e.g., ICSP, ICSA).
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience; experience in similar trust/company/registered entity preferable.
  • Must comply with fit and proper criteria as provided in Trust deed.

Eligibility will be determined based on academic qualifications, experience, age, and other prescribed criteria.
