| Qualification | Master’s/Bachelor’s degree (equivalent to 16 years of education) in Accounting/Finance or Law from an HEC-recognized institution, or professional qualification CA/CMA/ACCA. |
| Experience | At least 15 years of demonstrable post-qualification experience in corporate finance and financial restructuring. Preferably 3 years hands-on experience managing financial/legal transactions relating to mergers, amalgamations and other schemes. For qualified Chartered Accountants, Articleship will be considered as part of requisite experience. |
| Nature of Appointment | Contract basis for a term of three (3) years, extendable based on organizational need and performance; subject to standard regularization process after completion of the contract term. |
| Age Limit | Maximum age 50 years as of the closing date of application submission. |
