Key instructions:
- Bidding will be conducted through E-Procurement Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage–Two Envelope) as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended). Bidders must participate via EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) and Punjab e-procurement portal.
- Bids must be uploaded on EPADS by 2026-06-25 at 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
- Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR/Pay Order/Banker’s Cheque in favor of MS THQ Hospital Chak Jhumra. Original CDR must be submitted on or before the closing date & time. Bid security validity: 180 days.
- Bidding documents are available free of cost from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website and Punjab e-procurement portal; they contain terms, conditions, requirements and specifications. Incomplete, unsigned, conditional or ambiguous bids will be rejected. Taxes will be deducted as per rules. Active NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates must be provided where applicable.
