Medical Superintendent, Tehsil Headquarters (THQ) Hospital Gujar Khan invites electronic bids from reputed firms/agencies for the Local Purchase of Medicines (Day-to-Day) for the Financial Year 2026-27. Procurement will follow Open Competitive Bidding under Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (amended 2021) and applicable local guidelines.

- Bidding documents may be downloaded free of cost from the e-PADS portal (http://e-pads.punjab.gov.pk) and relevant PPRA/Punjab procurement web pages.
- Bid security must be in the shape of CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft or Bank Guarantee issued in favour of Medical Superintendent THQ Hospital Gujar Khan and uploaded on e-PADS. Original instrument may be required to be submitted physically if specified.
- Bid validity, taxes, applicable duties, and other procurement rules will apply as per Punjab Procurement Rules and Government policy.
