Issuer: Pakistan Tobacco Company Limited. Purpose: Invitation for Letters of Intent (LOI) from qualified vendors for provision of printing goods and related marketing services including offline activations, merchandising, brand ambassadors and branded giveaways.

Mandatory documents & minimum information to include
- Company profile with financial status, nature & scope of business, NTN number and SECP registration (where applicable).
- Evidence of active Taxpayer status (FBR) and GST certificates, list of clientele.
- Bankers’ certificates, audited financial statements and income tax returns for the last 3 years.
Pre-requisites & conditions
- Experience working with multinational companies (preferably FMCG) and substantial business with MNCs is essential.
- Compliance with all Pakistan laws, labour, environmental, health & safety regulations and government-mandated contributions; evidence of compliance must be provided.
- Equipment suitability (e.g., waterproof for intense weather) and material-handling OEM dealership preferred.
- All personnel involved must have clean criminal records and comply with Company policies.
- The Company may shortlist and invite proposals from compliant parties; it reserves the right to accept or reject any submission without assigning reason. Submission of an LOI does not create any binding obligation on the Company.
