Issuer: Federal Government Polyclinic (PGMI), Islamabad. The Polyclinic has reserved funds and invites e-bids for procurement of goods and services for FY 2026-27. Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure will be used and bidders must follow the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique where applicable.

How to apply / submit bids:
- E-bids only via the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS). Bidding documents, terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are available on EPADS (vendors.epgov.pk / vendors.epads.gov.pk).
- All bids must be accompanied by bid security as specified in the bidding documents. Pay Order / Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) should be in the name of Executive Director FGPC. Copies of required undertakings and CDR/Pay Order should be uploaded on EPADS; original judicial papers and original Pay Order/CDR must be submitted at the hospital before or on the scheduled bid opening date/time.
- Registration on EPADS v2.0 is mandatory. Bidders must register on or before the registration deadline below to be eligible to submit e-bids.
Deadlines & opening:
- Last date for EPADS registration and bid submission: 2026-07-06 by 10:00 AM (Monday, July 06, 2026).
- E-bids will be opened on 2026-07-06 at 10:30 AM via EPADS. Manual bids will not be accepted.
Other notes:
- All bids will be accompanied by a Bid Security/Guarantee and evaluated per Single Stage–Two Envelope rules and PPRA/Federal procurement regulations.
- The Executive Director reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders in accordance with Rule 33(1) of PPRA Rules, 2004.
