Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO), Multan invites electronic bids for the distribution of electricity bills for a period of two years (July 2026 to June 2028), extendable up to three years subject to satisfactory performance, under the jurisdiction of MEPCO Operator Circle Multan. Eligible MEPCO/MPD/AD approved contractors and reputable courier firms with bill-distribution experience may apply. The bidding procedure is Single Stage, Two Envelope as per PPRA rules.
Bids must be accompanied by the stated Bid Security in acceptable form. Bidding documents, detailed terms and conditions, bid submission procedure and other requirements are available through MEPCO’s e-procurement/e-bidding system.
