Eligibility & Competencies
  • Must be a career banker with at least five years' experience at senior level as Executive Vice President (EVP) or above (or equivalent).
  • Adequate knowledge, expertise and skill-mix related to the bank's business model, overall size, complexity and risk profile.
  • Age between 40 and 65 years.
  • Minimum qualification: graduation or equivalent in banking, finance, economics, business administration or related fields.
Selection & Terms
  • Selected candidate will be posted in the Bank of Azad Jammu & Kashmir, Head Office, Muzaffarabad.
  • Appointment on contract for an initial period of 3 years, extendable with mutual consent; salary and emoluments will be market-based and competitive.
  • Appointment subject to meeting the State Bank of Pakistan "Fit and Proper" criteria.
  • No TA/DA will be admissible for interview.
