Issuer: A prestigious bank with a growing network. Location: Head Office, Muzaffarabad, Azad Jammu & Kashmir. The bank is seeking experienced banking professionals for two senior head-office positions.

Position	Key Qualifications	Experience	Main Responsibilities
Chief Internal Auditor (CIA) / Divisional Head, Audit & Inspection Division	Minimum Bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university. Professional certification required: Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Fraud Examiner, or Certified Internal Control Auditor; OR a postgraduate degree in business/finance recognized by HEC and membership of a relevant professional body.	At least 15 years' professional experience in finance, including a minimum of 5 years' aggregate audit experience in banks/financial institutions. Hands-on experience developing and implementing Internal Audit frameworks and strategy, preferably in large organizations or public-sector institutions.	Develop and implement the Annual Audit Plan; submit to Audit Committee for review and approval. Establish and update Audit function and Audit Manual; act as Secretary to Board Audit Committee and arrange meetings. Conduct professional and technical reviews of audit reports; present findings to the Audit Committee and Board. Evaluate internal policies/procedures against best practices and recommend improvements; maintain and train an effective audit team.
Divisional Head, Information Technology Division	Minimum Bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline from an HEC-recognized university (foreign equivalence acceptable). National/international IT certifications preferred.	Extensive banking IT experience with senior/management-level exposure (advertisement specifies management and exclusive banking/DFI experience requirements).	Overall responsibility for Information Technology, including strategy, governance, regulatory compliance, project delivery and IT operations. Analyze current technology infrastructure; plan and implement IT projects and Core Banking initiatives; manage IT budgets, vendors and resources. Reorganize IT setup for effective branch support, implement applications/systems, ensure security and business continuity, and coordinate with stakeholders and regulators.

Required skills for both roles include excellent communication, strong leadership and people-management abilities, and solid computer skills. All positions are based at the bank's Head Office in Muzaffarabad, AJK.
