Tender No.13/2026 — Construction of 94-Men SM Barrack near Chashma (Mianwali)

Public Sector Organization invites sealed tenders for the construction of a 94-men SM barrack near Chashma (Mianwali). Bidders must be security-cleared, enlisted and pre-qualified with the Department. Tender documents, conditions and submission requirements are given below.

Key instructions:

- Single Stage – One Envelope procedure: Each bid shall comprise one single envelope containing financial and technical proposals together. All bids shall be opened and evaluated in the manner prescribed in the bidding documents.

- Tender documents can be obtained from the office during working hours (0900 hrs to 1500 hrs) Monday to Friday.

- Issuance/receipt of tender documents shall be closed one day earlier than the opening date.

- Bid security must be in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee from scheduled banks of Pakistan as specified in the tender documents. If a bidder submits a Bank Guarantee, it must have an expiry date at least six months from the date of bid opening; otherwise the bid will be rejected. Bid security must be enclosed in a separate sealed envelope and clearly marked.

- Tender validity: 120 days. The procuring authority may reject any or all bids/proposals at any time prior to acceptance. Tenders must be submitted in sealed envelopes and will not be issued or accepted by post/courier/telegraphic means unless specified otherwise.
