Re-Tender: Procurement of Electro-Medical Equipment – Federal Government Polyclinic (PGMI), Islamabad

Federal Government Polyclinic (FGPC-PGMI), Islamabad invites re-tenders (Re-Tender Notice No. F.2-5/2026-(P&D)) for the procurement of electro-medical equipment for multiple clinical departments. Procurement is funded under PSDP project “Strengthening and Up-Gradation of Cardiology and other Departments” for financial years 2025-26 & 2026-27.

- Bidding method: E-bids only via the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 (https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/). Manual/physical bids will not be entertained unless otherwise specified in bidding documents.

- Registration: Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 on or before Friday, 2026-06-26 by 09:00 AM to be eligible to submit e-bids.

- Bid opening: E-bids will be opened on Friday, 2026-06-26 at 09:30 AM.

- Procurement procedure: Single Stage-Two Envelope using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in line with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and applicable regulations/guidelines.

- Bid security: All bids must be accompanied by bid security as specified in the bidding documents (Pay Order / Call Deposit Receipt).

- Hard-copy requirements: Bidders shall provide required original undertakings on judicial paper and original CDR in hard form as instructed in the bidding documents on the scheduled date.

- Tender documents, detailed terms & conditions, specifications and submission instructions are available on EPADS. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders in accordance with PPRA Rule 33(1).
