Pakistan Sports Board Tender: Supply & Fixing Visitor Chairs, Pakistan Sports Complex Islamabad

Issuer: Ministry of Inter Provincial Coordination – Pakistan Sports Board (PSB), Islamabad. PSB invites bids through the Electronic Procurement And Disposal System (EPADS) from contracting firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) (valid up to 2026-06-30) for supply, fabrication and fixing of visitor chairs.

How to apply: Submit applications and bids via EPADS (http://eprocure.gov.pk). Tender notice is also available on PSB website (www.sports.gov.pk) and PPRA website. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted through EPADS with complete supporting information as per bidding documents.

Key eligibility & submission requirements:

1. Firms must meet evaluation criteria detailed in the bidding documents.

2. Provide proof/details of National Tax Number (NTN) and firm ATL along with bank statement.

3. Affidavit on judicial stamp paper, duly notarized, declaring the firm has not been blacklisted by any government/autonomous body.

4. Bid security/earnest money must be submitted in the form of bank draft / pay order / CDR in favour of Director General, Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad.

5. One copy of the technical proposal (not financial) in hard form as uploaded on EPADS must be submitted; in case of differences, documents uploaded on EPADS will prevail.

6. Scanned copy of bid security must be uploaded with the Technical Proposal; the original must reach the undersigned before the closing date/time, otherwise the bid will be considered non-responsive.

7. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of the PPRA Rules, 2004.
