Pakistan Sports Board Tender: Supply & Fixing Visitor Chairs at Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad

Pakistan Sports Board, Ministry of Inter Provincial Coordination, Islamabad invites bids through the EPADS e-procurement system for supply, fabrication and fixing of visitor chairs at the outer synthetic athletic track and grassy football ground at Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad. Firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and meet the bidding requirements.

Key requirements and conditions:

- Firms must meet evaluation criteria as specified in the bidding documents.

- Submit proof/details of National Tax Number (NTN) and firm record on ATL along with bank statement.

- Affidavit on judicial stamp paper, notarized, stating the firm has not been blacklisted by any government/autonomous body.

- Bid security/earnest money must be submitted as bank draft, pay order or CDR in favour of Director General, Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad.

- One original copy of the technical proposal (and financial proposal if required in hard form) must be uploaded on EPADS. In case of discrepancy between uploaded documents and hard copies, the uploaded proposals shall prevail.

- The scanned copy of bid security must be uploaded with the technical proposal; original must be submitted to the undersigned before the closing date and time.

- The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of the PPRA Rules, 2004.
