Corrigendum / EOI: Consultancy for Review of Project Documents — Establishment of IT Park, Karachi (PSEB)

Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), Ministry of Information Technology & Telecommunication, Government of Pakistan, issues a corrigendum to the Expression of Interest (EOI) for engagement of a consultancy firm to review project documents for the "Establishment of IT Park, Karachi." Amendments include revised JV/Consortium evaluation criteria and changes to submission/opening and pre-bid meeting dates.

Key amendments and instructions:

• JV/Consortium evaluation: "In case of participation as a Joint Venture (JV)/Consortium, the Lead Partner will be considered for qualification and evaluation." Provisions related to eligibility, qualification and evaluation of JVs/Consortia have been revised in the EOI document.
• The revised EOI document is available on the e-procurement / e-Acquisition & Disposal System and on the official PSEB website. Prospective applicants must consult the revised EOI for detailed criteria and requirements.
• EOIs must be submitted electronically ONLY through the EPADS/e-procurement system. Only proposals submitted via EPADS will be entertained.
