District Council Sialkot Tender: Construction of Street Anwar Khawaja Cricket Ground (Islamabad University, Daska Road)

Office of the District Council Sialkot invites sealed bids through EPADS (E‑Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) from contractors enlisted/renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the current financial year 2025-26 for the following project. Bids must be submitted via EPADS and be accompanied by bid security in the form of CDRs from any schedule bank in Punjab in favor of District Council Sialkot.

Key submission and opening timelines: Bids must be submitted through EPADS by 2026-06-25 up to 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 01:30 PM in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend. Original CDR / Pay Order for the earnest money (5% of the estimated cost) must be submitted to the District Council Sialkot office by 01:00 PM on the bid submission date; failure to do so will disqualify the bidder.

Important conditions: bidders must follow Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and PPRA/PDWP procedures.
