University of Gujrat (Hafiz Hayat Campus) invites sealed bids from reputable firms registered with relevant registration authorities and tax department (Income Tax and Sales Tax/GST) with an active taxpayer profile and adequate supply experience. Bids will be processed under Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure.

Bid documents are available w.e.f. date of publication and can be downloaded from the University of Gujrat website (www.uog.edu.pk) and the PPRA/Punjab e-procurement portal (http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk / www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk). Technical bids must be accompanied by 2% Bid Security in the form of CDR/Demand Draft/Pay Order in favour of Treasurer, University of Gujrat.
Sealed bids (prepared in conformity with the bidding documents) must reach the office of the Director Purchase, University of Gujrat (Hafiz Hayat Campus) through E-PROCUREMENT (http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) no later than 2026-06-23 at 01:00 PM. Bids will be opened the same day at 01:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
The University is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by courier/post office, etc. If the closing date is an official holiday, the next working day will be treated as the closing date. The University may reject all bids at any time prior to acceptance in accordance with Rule-35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
