| 6. Financial Stability | Audited balance sheets for the last three (03) years and a bank credit-line certificate. |
| 7. Tax & Registration | Proof of FBR registration, valid NTN, and up-to-date Income Tax Clearance. |
| 8. Professional Registration | Proof of firm registration with PEC or PCATP as a consultant. |
| 9. Non-Blacklisting | Affidavit on judicial stamp paper confirming the firm is not blacklisted or debarred by any client. |
