Eligibility
- Candidates who have passed Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) or equivalent / Grade 12 education.
- Candidates who have appeared in the final exam of HSSC or equivalent and are awaiting results.
- Candidates who appeared in the 1st Admission Test (14-06-2026) may also apply for the second test; the higher score may be used for admission.
Test weightage
The weightage of the admission test is 25% of the total merit calculation. The admission test will qualify candidates to apply on the portal for admission to various programs when advertised. Results of last year’s PU tests are not valid for new admissions.

The admission test fee is PKR 2,500. Fee challan is generated via the PU Admission Portal and can be paid at designated banks (HBL, UBL) or via mobile banking/1Bill. The fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

- Admission tests will be held in major cities of Pakistan.
- Both LAT and PU Admission Test are mandatory for admission to LLB programmes at the University of the Punjab.
