Tender Notice FY 2026-27 — Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology (Oxygen Plant, Services & Medical Gases)

Medical Superintendent, Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology (RIC), Rawal Road, Rawalpindi invites sealed/electronic bids under PPRA rules for the FY 2026-27 for supply/works and services. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and comply with PPRA procurement rules. Bidding documents and terms are available free of cost on the Punjab e-procure portal and institute/PPRA websites.

How to apply and key conditions:

- Obtain bidding documents and terms from: https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk, www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and the RIC website (www.ric.gop.pk).
- Single-stage, two-envelope procedure will be followed. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-procure system.
- Bid security: fresh CDR/Bank Guarantee @ 2% of the estimated price (refundable) in favor of Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology. The original bid security must reach the Medical Superintendent, RIC, Rawal Road, Rawalpindi before the closing time and date.
- RIC will not be responsible for costs incurred in bid preparation or electronic submission. If opening day is a public holiday, the next working day will be treated as opening date with same time and venue.
