Tender: Hybrid Solarization 4 kW Grid System Installation — District & Sessions Judge, Chakwal (Closes 2026-06-29)

District & Sessions Judge, Chakwal invites e-bids under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 from reputable, financially sound firms for hybrid solarization works. Firms must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Professional Tax, Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for 2025-26 in relevant category C3 or above (CE-01 code where applicable).

Submission & deadlines: E-bid proposals must be submitted via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADs) before closing date and time: 2026-06-29 at 11:00 AM. Online technical bids will be opened electronically on 2026-06-29 at 11:30 AM.

Bid security & performance guarantee: Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost is required in the shape of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favour of District & Sessions Judge, Chakwal. Original CDR must be submitted to the office of the undersigned before bid opening. The successful bidder will be required to deposit a performance guarantee equal to 10% of the contract value.

Eligibility & conditions: Contractors must submit registration documents, active Income Tax, Sales Tax registration, Professional Tax/PRA registration, and PEC registration as applicable. Bids must comply with the Single Stage - Single Envelope electronic bidding procedure (Punjab Procurement Rules 2014). Rates should be inclusive of all applicable taxes (GST/PST/NT) and duties. Bids must remain valid for 90 days. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
