| Qualifications | Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Climate Change / Environmental Sciences / Environmental Engineering / Renewable Energy / Natural Resource Management / Economics / Environmental Laws / Finance / Management Sciences or other relevant disciplines from HEC-recognized national or international university. Candidates with degrees from high-ranking universities, highly cited research publications, and joint degrees (e.g., finance or law) will be given preference. |
| Experience | At least ten (10) years of professional experience in relevant fields with a minimum of three (03) years at senior management level. Experience expected in policy formulation, strategic planning, implementation of development initiatives focused on climate change. Experience with world-class organizations (e.g., UN or regional bodies), climate finance, investment banking/technical finance, carbon finance, climate law firms, or climate-related start-ups is desirable. |
