Issuer: National Vocational & Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training. NAVTTC invites Expressions of Interest from qualified training partners (institutes, academies, IT/software houses, principal/vendor partners) to deliver Free High-Tech IT training under the Prime Minister’s Youth Skill Development Program (PMYSDP) Batch-III with international certifications.

Key eligibility & conditions:
- No joint ventures (JVs) allowed.
- IT institutes and software houses preferred; principal/vendor partners (academies/institutes) may apply.
- Provision of CCTV cameras with IP links is mandatory for training delivery.
- Only NAVTTC-registered institutes will be entertained; institutes that performed unsatisfactorily in prior international certification batches will not be entertained.
