| 7. Tax Compliance | Proof of FBR registration, valid NTN and up-to-date Income Tax clearance |
| 8. Professional Licensing | Valid registration with relevant professional body (as applicable) |
| 9. Non-Blacklisting | Affidavit on stamp paper confirming the firm is not under litigation or blacklisted |
Submission deadline: Thursday, 2026-07-01 by 10:00 AM. Documents must be submitted directly to the Projects Department at the CPSP Regional Centre Lahore.
