RWMC Framework Tender FY 2026-27 — Supplies (MS GI Sheet, Lubricants, Tyres & Tubes, Batteries, Water Filter)

Rawalpindi Waste Management Company (RWMC) invites sealed bids from well-reputed manufacturers/firms/companies/authorized distributors registered with the Income Tax Department for a Framework Tender for FY 2026-27. National competitive bidding will be conducted online through the E-Procurement / EPADS system under rule 38(2)-a of PPR-14. Bidding documents are available free of cost on the PPRA Punjab website and the EPADS portal.

Key submission and participation points:

• Bidding procedure: Single Stage Two Envelope.
• Bidding documents: Download from PPRA Punjab (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and EPADS (punjab.eprocure.gov.pk).
• Online submission: Bids shall be submitted online through the EPADS portal (punjab.eprocure.gov.pk). Online opening of Technical Bids will be conducted on the same day through EPADS in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
• Original bid security (hard copy) as required in the bidding documents must be submitted to RWMC Head Office at the address below by the bid closing date/time.
• Bid submission and EPADS portal access are the sole responsibility of the bidder.
