LG&RDD Upper Chitral - Tender Notice for Uplift/Beautification Works (Closing 2026-07-13)

Local Government & Rural Development Department (LG&RDD), District (HQ) Upper Chitral invites electronic tenders through EPADS on a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure for various uplift/beautification works under ADP No. 944/250164 (2025-26). Registered government contractors/firms enlisted with relevant departments and PEC in the appropriate category may apply.

Key submission & eligibility details:

- Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS. Bidding documents can be downloaded from the EPADS system.

- Eligible bidders: Government contractors/firms registered with PEC in the relevant category and enlisted per the Centralized Enlistment Policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the current financial year.

- Uploaded bid package must include filled bid documents, bid security (as per table), enlistment/registration documents (KPRA registration, C&W registration where applicable, CNIC, PEC registration) and other supporting documents scanned and uploaded in EPADS.

- Original call deposit(s), detailed rate analysis and any supporting documents (if required) generated by the EPADS system must be submitted by courier to the Office of the Assistant Director (Senior), LG&RDD, District (HQ) Upper Chitral before the opening date & time.

- Late submissions or non-compliance with EPADS requirements will be rejected. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per applicable rules.
