Eligibility & mandatory documents: valid KPRA registration (active), valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license for 2025-26 in the required category/codes, valid FBR NTN registration, valid registration with PDA/Provincial Enlistment Committee Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, original bid security (call deposit) in favour of Director General, PDA, and other documents as specified in the bid solicitation.
Bid security, submission, opening and evaluation will follow the procedures and criteria described in the bid documents and KP-PPRA rules. Incomplete or conditional bids, bids with cutting/overwriting or un-attested corrections will be rejected. Clarifications or queries, if required, will be communicated through ePADS.
