Arm Green Industries Limited has called an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) to transact ordinary business, principally the election of seven (07) directors for a three-year term commencing 01 July 2026.

Share transfer & eligibility

The share transfer books of the Company will remain closed from 2026-06-23 to 2026-07-01 (both days inclusive). Transfers received at the office of the Registrar by the close of business on 2026-06-22 will be treated in time for entitlement to attend and vote at the EGM.

Voting & participation

Postal ballot and e-voting arrangements are provided. Members may participate in the EGM via video link; members wishing to participate online must register in advance and provide required documents. Registration/requests for video participation should be made at the registered email addresses of members (as recorded) and in accordance with the instructions in the Company’s notice not less than 48 hours before the meeting.
