Auction: Canteen (Tuck Shop) & Parking Services at THQ Hospital Chishtian — Tender Closing 2026-07-07

Issuer: Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Chishtian. Auction for outsourcing of tuck shop/main canteen/cafeteria and parking services for the hospital. Bidding documents/terms can be obtained from the Medical Superintendent's office on payment of Rs.1,000 per document.

Key conditions and instructions:

- Submit bidding/auction documents to the office of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Chishtian. Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) will be returned immediately to unsuccessful bidders; the CDR of the highest bidder will be retained by the procuring agency until contract maturity.

- Required at submission: CDR, tender receipt and original CNIC. Bidders declared defaulters by Government/Semi-Government are not allowed to participate.

- Bidders must be active taxpayers with NTN/STRN. Successful bidder must pay 1/4 of the accepted bid into government account on award day (including applicable taxes) and may pay the remaining amount in monthly installments, before the 5th of each month. Successful bidder will also pay all taxes imposed by the Government of Punjab.

- Contract commencement: upon signing. The notice states the contract will expire on 2026-06-30.

- Hospital administration reserves the right to reject any or all offers under applicable rules (PPRA 2014, amendments and Auction/Collection Rules). For further details contact the Medical Superintendent during office hours (09:00 AM to 04:00 PM).

- In case of central contract award/outsourcing of the hospital, the awarded bidder must vacate canteen and parking premises within 15 days without prior notice; this condition is not open to legal challenge.
