Bank of Punjab Tender: Contractors Required for Renovation of BOP Branches in Sheikhupura, Faisalabad & Lahore

Issuer: The Bank of Punjab (Head Centralized Procurement). Purpose: Invitation to bid for hiring contractors for renovation work at specified BOP branches under a Single Stage–Two Envelope Bidding Process. Technical and financial bids are invited from well-reputed organizations/companies.

Key submission instructions and conditions:

• Bids documents are immediately available free of cost on the E-Pads portal: https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk/ and on the PPRA website after publication.
• All bids must be uploaded/submitted through the E-Pads portal only.
• Submission deadline: Bids must be uploaded/submitted on the E-Pads portal by 2026-06-23 at 11:00 AM PST.
• Technical bids will be opened on 2026-06-23 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to attend.
• Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened on a date/time to be announced subsequently.
• Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted to Head CPD before submission time in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR)/UC in favor of The Bank of Punjab; a copy should also be uploaded on E-Pads as part of Technical Bids.
• Prices must be inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery charges.
• Valid NTN and GST registration certificates are required with the bids.
