NGC Multan Invitation to Bid – Boundary Wall & Main Entrance Gate at Kot Mithan Microwave Site (Bid Ref: XEN/CIV/AMN/MUL/2025-26/03R)

National Grid Company of Pakistan (NGC) invites sealed bids through Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure on a Non-Conv. Bidding (NCB) basis from eligible firms registered with Federal & Provincial Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List. Bidders must be licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in the appropriate category for the works.

Submission method & deadline: Bids must be submitted through e-PADS only on or before 2026-06-22 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.

Bid security: In the form of Deposit at Call or a Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan in favour of the Executive Engineer (Civil) GSO, valid for a period up to twenty-eight (28) days beyond the bid validity date. Original (hard copy) of the bid security is required before the closing deadline.

Important conditions: Bidders must quote for the complete scope of work; partial/fragmented bids will be rejected. All bidders must fill the required checklist before submission and comply with instructions to bidders. The Competent Authority reserves the right to reject all bids and to annul the bidding process in accordance with applicable Procurement Rules.
