Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), Ministry of Railways (State-Owned Enterprise), invites sealed bids from firms/vendors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and listed on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL) for exclusive selling rights on the Pakistan Railway network for a three (03) year period.
Key eligibility and submission requirements:
- Firms must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and be on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL).
- Bidding documents with detailed terms and conditions can be obtained from REDAMCO during working hours or downloaded from www.redamco.com.
- Sealed bids for each product (clearly market the product on the top right corner) must include a sealed Technical Bid and Financial Bid.
- A non-refundable Bid Processing Fee of PKR 20,000 (Bank Draft/Pay Order/CDR in favor of Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd) must accompany the submission.
- Bidders must submit the specified bid security (earnest money) as indicated below.
- Procurement will follow Competitive Bidding (Single Stage - Single Envelope) as per the Public Procurement Rules 2004 (amended).
