Tender Notice — District Health Officer Peshawar: Procurement of Medical Equipment, Furniture & Services

District Health Officer, Peshawar invites sealed bids through the E-Pads online bidding procedure (https://www.eprocure.gov.pk) from registered bidders (Income Tax, Sales Tax Departments and KPPR A) for supply of multiple items and services. Bidders must upload bids in E-Pads and also submit a hard copy to the office of the District Health Officer, Peshawar.

Key submission & eligibility requirements:

- Submission deadline: Bids must be uploaded to E-Pads and hard copy submitted to the District Health Officer, Peshawar office by 11:00 AM on 2026-07-29. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on 2026-07-29.

- Procurement will be conducted under KPPRA Procurement Rules, Provincial Procurement Rules (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa) 2014.

- Bidders/firms must be registered and possess valid Income Tax and Sales Tax certificates; registration on E-Pads is required.

- A bid security (call deposit) of 2% of the total bid value is required; the Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) must be verified from the concerned bank in favor of the District Health Officer, Peshawar.

- Rates should remain valid until 2027-06-30.

- Supplies are required on F.O.R. basis and must be completed within the stipulated period specified in the supply orders.

- The competent authority may accept or reject any or all bids. Alternate rates, incomplete proposals, bids submitted without proper documentation, or without required bid security will be rejected. In case of a successful bidder, an agreement deed with the District Health Officer, Peshawar will be signed.
