Federal Government Polyclinic (FGPC-PGMI) Islamabad Re-Tender: Procurement of Electro-Medical Equipment (Closing 2026-06-26)

Issuer: Federal Government Polyclinic Islamabad (FGPC-PGMI). Purpose: Re-tender for procurement of electro-medical equipment for multiple clinical departments under the PSDP-funded project "Strengthening and Up-Gradation of Cardiology and other Departments" for FY 2025-26 & 2026-27.

Key instructions: E-Bids from eligible bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 are required. Single Stage Two Envelope procedure will be used adopting Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in line with Public Procurement Rules. All bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of Pay Order / Call Deposit Receipt (CDR). Original documents must be provided in hard copy as specified in bidding documents. Bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 and submit bids via the EPADS platform by the deadline below. Manual bids are not entertained from vendors not registered on the new EPADS v2.0.

Deadline for submission (E-bids): 2026-06-26 at 09:00 AM. Bids will be opened on 2026-06-26 at 09:30 AM. Prospective bidders should consult the bidding documents on EPADS for detailed terms, specifications, qualification requirements, and submission procedures. The Executive Director reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with relevant PPRA rules.
