District Council Chakwal Tender Notice for Local Civil Works (Bids Close 2026-06-27)

Office of the District Council Chakwal invites sealed bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System (E-PADS) from contractors registered on E-PADS for the fiscal year 2025-26. Procurement will follow the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.

Key submission requirements:

• Bidding documents with detailed terms and conditions are available free of cost at https://punjab.eproc.gov.pk/.
• Bids must be submitted online via E-PADS by the stated deadline. A scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded on E-PADS and the original Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) / pay order from a scheduled bank in Punjab (in favor of District Council Chakwal) must be delivered to the office of the undersigned by or before 11:00 AM on the closing date; otherwise the bid will be cancelled as non-responsive.
• Bids will be opened through E-PADS on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the office of District Council Chakwal.
• If the same CDR is used for multiple tenders, all such bids will be considered rejected. CDRs will be returned after completion of the evaluation process.
• Procurement rules and additional terms (including performance security requirements) will apply as per Punjab Local Government (Works) Rules / PPRAs and referenced clauses in the tender document.
